And it's live!
I started development on this game on a whim and really enjoyed the learning process along the way. I hope folks enjoy it!

Just about everything is done for the Steam release of A Porter Story. Excited to press the big green button soon and release it into the wild!
Sent the build to Steam for review!
Prototyping stuff for a new project has been really fun! (Also a minor PITA, but that's just part of the process)

Since the player starts and spends most of their time *inside* the elevator, I opted for a simple way of relaying the main gameplay loop.
I also used the elevator for some light environmental story-telling

I'm really happy I stuck with a small, simple concept for this game. It gave me the room to learn while I was putting things together for the first time
These next couple of weeks are going to be bug-fixing focused for sure. ๐ #gamedev

One of the things that's been exciting about this whole process is putting together scripts and fsms that I can utilize in future projects #gamedev

See how far you've come on your custodial journey with a convenient tracker in the elevator! ๐ข #screenshotsaturday #indiegame #gamedev
Working on the Steam page has been a process, but it's fun to keep stretching the ol' creative muscles for it.
Unsurprisingly, taking the extra bit of time this go around to properly title and comment on my assets/code has been a godsend #gamedev
What everyone in the world's always wanted. A room with randomized rubbish in it! #gamedev #indiegame
Making decals for wall art has been a creative blast because I get to make silly stuff like this: #gamedev
Love the aesthetic!
Make your own options from scratch, I said
It'd be fun, I said
(Okay, it's a little fun, but still ๐ญ) #gamedev
