It required a firmware update due to an SSL handshake issue. Something we suspected when it initially did not connect. Vonage support insisted that if the device needed a firmware update, Vonage would auto-apply it. Can't do that if it cant provision. 2/2

Sorry for the late update. We were able to successfully configure two additional IP cameras (Riolink Duo 4k) in their Synology NVR. The SIP/VOIP intercom system would not initially connect and required a firmware update, in spite of Vonage's assertion that it did not. 1/2
