I’ve still not over how broken the interview / hiring processes are in tech. Having gone through it myself recently, and also watching extremely bright and qualified people I know get rejected is depressing. The process almost rarely represents the work or searches for the right skills.

I wish Apple would allow “ask to buy” for people on a family account over 13. My not so good with technology parents are on mine and they are afraid they will accidentally buy things. It’s probably age limited to protect adults from abusive behavior but it would be nice to have a caretaker mode.
