The best and really delicious option is fermented beetroot. Especially the fermented beet juice—it’s incredibly tasty. I drink it often. You just have to like fermented foods; some people don’t like them and are even afraid to try. It’s very healthy food.
Raw beetroot is usually not very tasty (depending on the variety). By far the best option is beet juice, or possibly a small amount of beetroot sliced very thinly and added to a salad.
Beetroot is actually healthiest when eaten raw:-) I described it thoroughly in the article:-)
