Mum goal achieved: eldest sitting and reading for pleasure 🤍

I’ve been very well behaved and not set up anything Christmassy yet, but the garden centre decorations are sooo tempting 😍

I always took multiple forms of transport when I went out! So if I had the baby in the pushchair and toddler walking, I’d pack the baby sling too so that I could put the toddler in the pushchair if he got tired (or was overwhelmed).

First day back today! We had a really powerful conversation about what we would like people to say about our class in private conversation. We all got a turn with a pen. We’ll use these as affirmations throughout the year!

Feeling lucky to have had a summer of adventures with my two - though also ready for them to go back to school and nursery!

Who’s mad enough to go outdoor swimming on a rainy Thursday evening? Me and mum apparently!

Aside from work, my little ones are growing too fast and I’ll be spending my Mondays being Mum 🤍 E starts school in two weeks; I’m so excited for his adventures to begin! F could do with starting school ASAP to be honest 😂

So it’s been a while! This year I will be teaching Y6 in a fab 3FE school in South Derbyshire. I’ll be leading RE and CW as well as being on the safeguarding team. Looking forward to seeing what this year brings 🤞🏻
