Yup! Zuko didn't know about the document, but when he found out, he started threatening Sokka with being banished from the Fire Nation. Secretly, he was fully impressed with the amount of work Sokka put into the scroll. And he liked the drawings even if some of them were... questionable at best.

I bet people quickly learned to read his mood (or opinion on something) by looking at the way he sipped his tea. They would even make manuals for new counselors to learn as some guide for their job or something (I'm sure Sokka wrote them as a joke but they turned out actually useful)

Zuko just heard you talking some bullshit.

Modern AU in which Sokka is forced to go to a concert of local bands (to babysit Katara) and complains about it to a random guy he meets near the club. Moments later it turns out that this guy is a vocalist of one of those bands and things get a bit awkward.
