Did his PR agency let you know what he thinks the right sort of taxes are?
I hope not. I want him to come. I want him to feel the depth of contempt and loathing any decent person has for him.
My copy of the program/poster has the ice cream removed. Did Jamie get censored?
I’ve basically wallpapered my office with the posters. Carlos Baleba looms over my shoulder on Teams calls. Fran Kirby just peeks over the top of my monitor.
It’s the last day of the window in Saudi Arabia, as he said.
When even Blatter thinks things have gone too far…
Memories of the 2011 FA Trophy final! Hopefully Darlo can make it back, that whole George Reynolds thing was a strange time.
Thanks for sharing this. I grew up in Mansfield in the 80s so an interesting read to remember what it was like then.
I’m glad the Stags are finally giving the locals something to cheer about - it has had a rough time of it for the last 40 years.
We can’t understand the geography of capitalism in our present moment without seeing how these old industries overlap with the new.
"Two Towns" features an interactive map showing how ex-industrial towns were not “left behind” but actively made into havens for low-paid work.
Right we're DONE 💙🤍💙🤍💙

Oh yeah. I’d flipped the Brentford and Palace games.
Am I right that the next 7 games for Brighton earned 4 points in total last season, so we could 🤞be getting close to +20 at the end of the year?

Are you a champagne socialist?
No complaints about the burger. A world away from the sad, lonely patty that got sold on the concourse.
For some it’s a risk to move before the World Cup. Not so much for Mitoma, but for the two JPs who aren’t established in their national squads it may be better to have another season with us, especially if we get Europe.
A brilliantly put together film, hopefully it’ll be on a streaming service soon for those who aren’t able to get to a screening.
Back to the Amex today for WSL v West Ham, followed by Stand or Fall.
Bonus of being able to leave the Bridge car park with no queuing afterwards.

Introduce yourself with four video games:
I agree, De Zerbi soon got fed up with the younger signings and wanted established names. Best for everyone he moved on.
As fans we notice what he does on the ball, or to win it back. I think RDZs frustrations with him were positioning and decision making, which come with more maturity.
We know RDZ put a lot of store in patterns of play - I don’t think that worked for Baleba, while Fab is a bit more flexible.
TBF can’t really legislate for MGW or Jay Williams launching themselves at our lad’s ankles. At least they are getting them back quickly.
Andy Naylor seems to think so.
I appreciate when the pundits clearly make an effort. Last week Big Meeks🙄 was only ever going to offer a view on Man City’s performance and make excuses.
Tell me something I haven’t noticed about Wolves or Bournemouth, for example.
Ha, I used it on here yesterday, I hadn’t realised it was already widespread. Fully support it as shorthand for back off unless you’re ready to drop serious cash.
