WIP! 4 separate scratchboard pieces here: the bricks, curtains, the owl and a 5”x7” background piece. I love hiding little secrets in my art! There are so many details hidden away, but whoever takes this piece home can take the framed piece apart to see what is hiding behind the owl.

Clamping individual strips o
of scratchboard onto wood to make my own frames. So many steps, but so satisfying to see every angle of displayed surface be scratched!
