Disney's SONGS IN SIGN LANGUAGE series beautifully proves there's an ability to integrate ASL and, by extension, disability into their animated features. I spent the day at Disney and asked if the hope was to do more over at The Film Maven.

I think the most OTHER most infuriating part about Pocahontas is that EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC story elements aside, the animation and music is beyond some of Disney's best. wish the team just told Jeffrey Katzenberg to stfu about his "west side story but with indians" obsession and just made-

This is just flat-out false. Only TWO of the pan characters are perverts and/or abusers. Only ONE of the ace characters is emotionally closed off, and he uses charisma and snark.

Like imagine HAVING a ton of queer characters at all and you lie about them being one-note to say it’s not good enough.
