Landed in San Francisco. Spent the flight playing Slay the Spire 2. 5 hours of a 10 hour flight gone by just like that. So good. Then I played a bit of Pokopia. Also pretty good! Like Viva Piñata mixed with Minecraft. Quite enjoyed a few hours with it!

2025 has been a good but hectic one. Blessed in so many ways in both my personal life and career. I do feel like I forgot to look after my physical and mental health though. Both will take a priority in 2026. That and switching off to spend more time with loved ones. 😊

Rolled credits on #DeathStranding2 last night. Wow! Improves on the first game in pretty much every aspect. Equal parts reflective and sheer spectacle. Always engrossing, especially with the little details and touches. One of Kojima-San’s best. 👏

The one thing to take away from #SummerGameFest so far is there are so many talented “smaller” dev studios making amazing, filled-with-creativity games. You love to see it.
