Although there has been a delay in the adoption of the political declaration on NCDs at #HLM4 on non-communicable diseases, it is now expected to move to a General Assembly vote for adoption as a resolution in the coming weeks.
🤝 We look forward to strengthening collaboration with Japan and WHO Western Pacific Region, and to welcoming the global kidney health community to the World Congress of Nephrology in Yokohama, Japan, in March 2026. 🇯🇵

To strengthen its global advocacy, the ISN partnered with @devex.com to host “Kidney Health Matters: A Policy Imperative for Economic Resilience,” a high-level event highlighting how a @who.int resolution could tackle the rising burden of kidney disease and support UHC.
