If you're using my extension and this bothers you, let me know! Would show me users care about it πŸ˜‚
For now, focusing on the landing page!

Result? You might briefly see the empty state, then loading state. Sure, I could fix it, but it's not priority right now.

Yesterday, I struggled with loading and empty states in my account list. Making both work together means juggling local state in React, causing re-renders 🧡

Found a way to skip testing my app: use it daily πŸ˜…

But seriously, building a product you use yourself makes it easier to spot critical paths to test

A bit awkward to talk 4min with an AI but the results after are instructive

Is it just me, or did upgrading to macOS Sequoia completely break Chrome? My extensions no longer work.

Thanks again for the review :)

I mean not really more context but more "structured" context

Especially for a side project, which is my case :)

The only way I found to make it remember more context is using SOPs to structure the project

Just released a new version, this problem should be fixed πŸ‘

After validate your idea, what's your minimum viable testing level to iterate safely on your product?

Nice ✨
I like especially the flow of your main quote

Maybe add a number transition on scroll? (if it hasn't already been done)

Hey Manuel!

My goals of this week:
- release activity score on my extension
- fixes some bugs
- start the refacto of my landing page

1 year ago 2 0 1 0

When people report issues with my product, I feel this urgency to fix them ASAP - don't want to lose users.

But bugs and feedback are normal, especially when building in public. Guess I need to get used to it

Congrats Janu and good luck for the future!

Hope you can share some insights on your next adventures here!

Just installed it with my pro email and got the submit review button (after clearing cache on the store's page)

Also see that Chrome prevent submit review if you have not entered your date of birth

See here it’s maybe because you have not installed the app: www.reddit.com/r/chrome/com...

Hope it’s not that because in case of bad review, the process is weird: you have to reinstall the app and submit review πŸ˜‚

Ah yes it’s weird. Just tested with an another Gmail account and I have the same behavior

I’ll check out and keep you updated here!

Thanks for the catch Patrick!

Great design!

Is it intentional to have customer reviews (from the header) appear after scrolling instead of showing them right away on load?

Everytime I start reading -> new idea about my product -> stop reading

Do at least a little bit every day, it changes everything. I can see it clearly even though it's just my side project
