I feel like those eyeshield type glasses would make for that sort of "futuristic visor" that would have a HUD like that. Maybe something like that for cycling would be nice, a means of displaying cyclocomputer information

I read the Maltese Falcon the other day, and while I didn't enjoy, I feel it's a fascinating look into the mind of what passed for thrilling in the 1930s. I kept expecting the ante upped or the mystery to deepen but it was the equivalent of someone saying I got a secret, but I won't tell you >:)

Gunhed is one of my favorite movies. I'm a huge fan of Armored Core and mecha in general, so it was no surprise when I saw the Gunhed and clocked it was Shoji Kawamori doing the mechanical design. There's a BTS for Gunhed on Youtube as well. I'll have to check out Bye-Bye Jupiter as well.
