I wonder if it can be train to follow open science and FAIR data principles? If it is trained to repeat the mistakes we humans have been doing with the old scientific practices, it is no real advance

My favorite tool #Opencloning.org has just released a feature for assembling golden gate cloning fragments. I have not used it **yet**, but I've used the In-Fusion tool, and that ones has worked amazingly. Give it a try! I am sure @manu-lera.bsky.social will be happy to hear from your experience.

I got a plasmid map from another lab as *.dna file 🧪. The SnapGene program can open it. I do not want to install their "free" viewer in my linux system. The solution: OpenCloning opencloning.org . With it, I loaded the .dna file and downloaded the sequence plus a nice map. Thanks OpenCloning team 🤩
