Hey John,
Would love to be considered! I've been a big fan of your channel for many years.
I'm a concept artist and BG painter, and rest of my folio can be found here: www.pelagin.art

This is one of my favourite paintings of yours, love the slight fantasy feel from the giant moon.
Ancient worlds carved and shaped by a long lost civilization.
We're so delighted to see Little Ruin featured in this article, it means a great deal :)
Recent painting of a couple of exomoons.

That’s really big, probably my favourite feature of procreate.
six years ago i was painting little ghibli inspired villages on a tower in the sky, it changed a lot in the intervening time, but i love what they did with it #towerborne #conceptart #gameart #ghibli
I also want to piggy back here, these are some of my Shorebreeze concepts for Towerborne. Was probably my favourite biome to work on and I'm really stoked with how it came out in the end.

I am incredibly honored to participate in the Towerborne Art blast today alongside a team of amazingly skilled artists who I am lucky to have worked with. Come check it out on Artstation!

I'll be reposting the teams work today, so keep an eye out for more!
A collection of houses built of stone, sheet metal, and wood, or carved out of the living rock.
Some props for the miners so they can do their job. Pickaxes, lanterns, some Flintstones stone chairs and couches, a minecart, a bug with a big ass.
Old, worn, and weathered statues. Some of them are going all "doo"
Another batch of Towerborne things, featuring some of my idiots
Twisted fungal roots and plants frame a distant windmill tower.
A beach cave opens up to an idyllic cove with shipwreck debris. Islands and a windmill tower are framed in the distance.
An icy rock cave opening frames a windmill tower in the distance just past a glacier fed lake.
A destroyed canal city scene with a windmill tower in the distance surrounded by storm clouds.
Towerborne Art Blast!
I was the Environment Lead at Stoic for almost 5 years. Working on this game with the environment crew has truly been a career highlight for me.
Images are from the rare opportunities I got to contribute, alongside leading all of the incredible artists listed below!
Artblast piggyback.
Towerborne came out last week so I'm gonna post a couple jpegs about it
I did over 4 of these
Towerborne is out! I spent the last 4 years on this project. I feel very fortunate to have been part of such an amazing Env Team, we made some really cool stuff! Unfortunately most of us are now also looking for work =/
Anyway, I want to share my first ever Lighting Demo Reel!

Knights of Guinevere Announcement Trailer Colorscripts and Backgrounds Layout and BG Paint.
Storyboards by Dana Terrace I just painted them in. Adam Smith our editor designed the initial KOG Park Planet logo and I took it to final polish.
Absolutely surreal moment to see this as a real item 😭💙 I got to do the cover art for the KOG Pilot art book !

You’ve captured the scale here so well Alex! Huge Xeelee sequence fan here (flux and raft novels especially).
👀 Nadia! Wow, hello! It's been a very long time. Glad to see you on here too 👋
I still frequently think about those Thursday studio lunches haha.
Thank you!
I’m an illustrator that just happens to work as background designer in 2d animation industry🎨🌆

Hi #PortfolioDay!
I'm Pavel, an environment art generalist. I've been working on Towerborne (Feb 26!) for the past 4 years. I love painting vivid locations, but also helping out with modelling, set dressing and lighting.

Hi I'm Pavel! I am primarily a concept artist and environment art generalist, I've also worked in animation (both bg paint and feature).
Hopefully I'm not too late to #PortfolioDay
Center text: "TOWERBORNE"; Four characters stride towards the viewer. Left to right: A character in barbarian gear wearing a giant skull, carrying two daggers; a character with large barrel-like gauntlets; a character in a helmet carrying a sword and shield; a character in full plate armor, a large metal war club resting on their shoulder. There is a large tower in the distance, half-timbered houses and waterwheels attached to its exterior, a large windmill atop, and a large bell inside the windmill. In the foreground, two small creatures hide among grass, broken/abandoned machinery, and discarded weapons. There's some clouds in a big circle, maybe some trees and hills and whatnot, probably some stuff hidden in there that I forgot about idk, I made this a minute ago.
The same four characters striding towards the viewer. Left to right: A character in barbarian gear wearing a giant skull, carrying two daggers; a character with large barrel-like gauntlets; a character in a helmet carrying a sword and shield; a character in full plate armor, a large metal warclub resting on their shoulder. The characters, despite taking up much less of the frame than the surrounding environment, are way more complicated than the rocks and trees, on account of being humans with anatomy and facial expressions and whatnot.
Towerborne, the game I've been doing environment art for, had its Game Preview launch on Game Pass yesterday. They gave me the privilege of painting up some alternate key art for it
Not just the rocks and trees even, they let this environment guy draw the folks and hands and faces and everything 💦
