I sang the first verse of It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas to my 4 yo in December and then he sang similar but different words and then he said “your turn, Mom.” He thought we were both making up a song about the upcoming Christmas season

But when they’re melting down bc they’re hungry and you’re offering their favorite foods they’re like wtf no and ????????? There is so much tasty food out there it makes no sense

I don’t understand what they want to eat (my kids, but also yours, and everyone’s). Like it IS A MYSTERY and it shouldn’t be this way
