Then again, I’ve worked in restaurants and know the chaos. I have empathy for it.
Interesting.
I see it as someone who likely waited in line or at the host stand patiently(?) for the next table to become available, stacking my dishes nicely to be bussed is a D curtesy. It’s the same collaborative, willing nature. I’m not expected to wash dishes but I can help move it along.
I believe this is reflected most in 360s and in feedback from code reviews, even collaboration in team meetings. These are suggestion followed by action individuals. They are locked-in and predictive.
I’m so in love with this. Plain and simple.
