A fancy grilled cheese sandwich is one of our appetizers this week and I argued that have a mustard and beer cheddar, a port wine cheddar and that the lil bit of mid grade mozzarella we have would serve well as the 3rd cuz. He said” no that cheese has a pull ( meaning it melts and is stringy) 1/2
