President Trump on Thursday defended his use of mail-in voting, saying he cast a ballot by mail recently “because I’m president” and “I had a lot of different things” to do, even as he tries to restrict the practice for most Americans.
“Many hemp businesses that have operated legitimately for years will have to make a hard decision about whether or not they can keep their doors open,” Heather Fazio, director of Texas Cannabis Policy Center, said.

“Tina’s leadership has been transformative — not only for our Chamber, but for Austin’s broader LGBTQ+ community. She has opened doors, created space for new voices, and built a strong foundation for us to grow from," said Colton Ashabranner, VP of Marketing.
The chamber is operating under an interim model of staff self-management with oversight from the board, according to a separate announcement. The board of directors will launch a search for a new CEO soon.
