The screenshots I sent are from my PC. I do know that how Word is on a Mac is different. I haven't checked there to see how to disable it.
oh. sorry that is frustrating that Word doesn't seem to offer the same set up for all users. hopefully you'll find where ever they hid your disable button.
um, when I have a doc open in Word 365 I can click on file, then near the bottom on the left is options right under account.
I don't know if this will remove it from everything, but when I went under options in Word there is an option on the side that says copilot and you can just click the box to disable. Hope that helps some.
