The talent shortage in the restaurant industry is a myth!

The real shortage is a job shortage.

Finding a decent job working for a restaurant owner that cares about their staff and customers is an odyssey that seems to never end

Physalis flowers and un ripe physalis

Physalis flowers and un ripe physalis

Here in France it's considered a romantic gesture to give your lover physalis fruit.

The french call them cage d'amour.

I planted this physalis in my garden here in Paris to be able to give them often to the love of my life.

There should be no more flowers or fruit yet they still flourish.
