📣"How many pixels is it???"
To help y'all who struggles with estimating pixels, 📐 **the ruler feature** is now live in the code editor!
Turn it on/off in the editor settings or using the keyboard shortcut: Command + alt/option + /
#genuary 21: Bauhaus poster. Just to see if I could, the positioning is done in a p5.strands shader. openprocessing.org/sketch/2852887 #p5js #p5v2
#Genuary11 "Quine" is the most meta prompt: A code that draws itself. Below is the one submitted by @davepagurek.com: openprocessing.org/sketch/2844821
To @bsky.app and all other apps that ask me to upload my contacts:
— How about you give me all your user database and I will check it against my contacts locally and let you know if they are on your app? —

Wikipedia wrapped went wrong 😂
I'd recommend:
- Aeron, if you can afford. (heavy, little ugly, but most comfortable)
- Steelcase series 2 (clean looks, seat is little on the stiffer side)
I think a few things matter:
- adjustable lumbar
- arm stand height adjustment.
- waterfall style leg drop (the seat should drop off smoothly, so the leg doesn't get pressured)
- Looks good. Majority look monstrous.
The rest of the features are marketing fluff, to be honest.
Come work with me @nyutandon.bsky.social. We are seeking an industry assistant professor of design and media.. Details here: apply.interfolio.com/176445 Application review starts January 12th.
The stretchable, procedural single-stroke monospace font created by Kiel Mutschelknaus for his "Space Type Generator" has been added to my archive of p5.js single-line type resources: github.com/golanlevin/p...
I recommend that you add a dev-purpose console extension so that these would not print out on production? I created a clog() = console.log in dev, but a no-op on production :)
Anyone interested in helping out the all-contributors project, which p5.js uses to display all of the people who have helped out? There's a spec + CLI + github bot and they're looking for new maintainers! github.com/all-contribu...

Very cool use of the OPC.bezier tool in the wild already. I love the level of parametric playfulness it adds to the sketch openprocessing.org/sketch/2719409
Thank you, Reona!
Hey, I just found out your feedback and comments (you should have tagged me so I could help). Which iFrame restriction is bothering you?
⧽ Meet OPC.bezier() ⧼
For all your animation tweaking pleasures.
Available now along with other new controllers: OPC.title() and OPC.label() in OP Configurator 3000 library.
(I know... Gotta still find a proper name for it...)

Shaders on @processing.org’s p5js v2 are beyond this world!
Pun intended. 🌏🚀
This week's #WCCChallenge theme is Earth. Doing a 3D globe is also a graphics rite of passage. Here's a globe using one texture for the land masses, and everything else generative in a p5.strands shader on a sphere. #p5v2 openprocessing.org/sketch/2711764
