As noted on a previous thread, the world of PIDW is full of aphrodisiac/sex pollen and adjacent plants and creatures that can be customized and utilized to push characters to do all kinds of things or suffer all kinds of symptoms.

Because sex pollen is a naturally occurring hazard that can be breathed in and not easily avoided, it provides an easy setup that doesn't require any characters to actively choose to use an aphrodisiac - a mutual dubcon situation.

These can be an ingested poison used to spike someone's food or drink, or a topical one that increases local sensitivity in a specific area.

The sex pollen trope is one wherein characters cross paths with a plant with aphrodisiac properties in its pollen.

Sadly this week there are only fuck or die example recs on hand and no roomstuck ones for demonstration. Both recs involve curing Yue Qi from aphrodisiac poisoning!

Sometimes because the sign's wording is unclear, the writing is damaged, or for whatever other reason, the characters misinterpret the demand and force themselves to fulfill a task, before finally figuring out that the real requirement was something else entirely.

The default "[x]" demand on the sign is sex, but I've seen all manner of things - kissing, hugging, having an honest conversation, having a prostate orgasm specifically, etc.

The room is assumed to be magically enclosed, leaving them with no choice but to do [x] - though I have also seen comedic subversions wherein the characters do just ignore the sign and break out of the room with brute force.

The characters might have ended up in the room because of a ghost making strange demands, a rich person's whims, or a government experiment - but the most common setup is "there is no explanation, it's just a plot convenience room!"

The "stuck in a room until [x]" premise is very simple: two (or more) (or fewer?) characters are locked in a room with a large written sign informing them that they won't be let out until they do [x].

these aphrodisiac effects are highly customizable to do whatever the creator fancies, including physical changes, truth effects, specific numbers of orgasms, or even requiring other actions to be dispelled beyond sex. Perhaps they might even require the lewdest antidote of all...... handholding
