URGENT – Stop Alberta's government from overriding the Charter of Rights Alberta Premier Smith plans to use the Notwithstanding Clause to pass laws that erase rights and silence the courts.

Once one government learns it can override your fundamental rights, every government learns it can too. That’s the danger of the Notwithstanding Clause. It teaches power to ignore accountability.
