There's no need for government officials and federal employees to take on the task of de-Trumpification alone. The people will answer the call.

I, for one, am looking forward to Congress exercising its Article I, Section 8 authority to issue letters of marque and reprisal.

This would also put a damper on copyright troll firms. Many states have mutual vexatious litigant recognition pacts with other states.

Because we are not getting a federal anti-SLAPP any time soon. Penalize these guys in state court.

Vexatious litigant statutes should be extended to cover law firms, instead of just pro se litigants. If you file too many bullshit lawsuits, your firm goes into the penalty box where you have to beg for leave of court to obtain a pre-filing order.

Government respondents excluded.

You can always tell who needs highly paid Beltway consultants to meticulously focus-group and calibrate their "regular people" messaging.

2 days ago 98 8 1 0

this is correct because people who know how to talk to "ordinary people" just actually TALK TO ORDINARY PEOPLE, lol. They don't speak like PUNDITS. That's what Beshear was doing. He sounds like Rahm Emanuel which means he sounds like a loser.

It all makes sense when you understand that VC-backed tech companies want to insert themselves as a monopolistic, corporate tollbooth into EVERY human activity.

Transportation, communication, payments, farming, reading, listening to music, finding information, and now— with AI, *thinking*.

outside the dodgy AI stuff, Sam Arseman gave the game away when talking about how they wanted to make "intelligence" a "utility" like water, gas, etc...

so close all the schools down, just pay for what ever AI you can afford and that's your "intelligence" level.

Thus reinforcing my point that it's often less about the technology and more about the companies who control it.

Baby formula is good. It has saved millions of lives. Nestlé and their ilk have caused over 10 million excess infant deaths in Africa due to their baby formula market practices.

AI, used responsibly, has already discovered important new antibiotics. Used irresponsibly, AI will kill people.

Baby formula is good. Nestlé killing thousands of people in Africa bad. Context is important.

I never said baby formula wasn't necessary.
