1973. I wanted that shirt! Chalked it on my sidewalk. I wish I communicated with Keith more before he died. Today, I spoke with an old friend of his who told me how funny he was and another friend sent me this photo. I’m so grateful for these memories of Keith.

And then he had to wait at the next red light anyway. So yeah. Scaring the shit out of me was really necessary. Really took time off the commute.

I never even knew I should ask for a fire marshal report. She guided me to request that and let me know I could ask for a list of who else requested it. Very useful to know. The police report won’t be final until the coroner’s report is. Why does toxicology take so long?!

After 2 months, one Burlington employee showed real empathy—returning my call and fulfilling my records request within an hour.

These may be the only photos I receive. it’s something.

I was treated with compassion and given the information I needed.

It made all the difference.
