If you struggle to stick to your fitness, the answer can often be found looking back, as opposed to beating yourself up.

- we have a greater perspective on life
- greater awareness of age and aging
- a bit more patience

:((((
(I still ate them, but smearing peach jam on them isn't the same, I wanted that super artificial red stuff pretending to be jam to squirt out the side)

DMing your way!
Oh, I didn't do that, should I have?!
Felt really good to officially deactivate my Twitter account today!
Here are some things I'd love us to leave behind in 2024...
- beating ourselves up over the smallest thing
- seeing other guys as competition
- not acknowledging our steps forward
- hating ourselves into change - it never works, we have to accept ourselves before lasting change can occur
speak soon!
ahh, once you open your DMs!
