For some reason everyone agrees to this plan, so he pulls out a dirty pocket knife, cuts out your heart, and throws it in the trash. He then brings in an 18-year old gamer named Big Balls who removes your other organs and sells them on the black market, keeping the profits for himself.
Imagine a very rich man approaches you and your family. Although he has no medical qualifications whatsoever, he is positive that you have a heart issue that requires immediate open heart surgery.
