Now, I guess!
this rant brought to you by the fact that all the offers in my co-op app would be useful this week but I only get to pick two of them. i hate it here
I hate having multiple apps. I hate wasting time checking them. But what are you supposed to do?? they're all like this now!!!
I'm so sick of supermarkets in the UK making you jump through hoops to get extremely pathetic discounts. Get the loyalty card! get the app! New discounts every week—but don't get greedy! You can only pick a few and the rest burn!
Get 40p off a specific vegetable! Oh you're buying 2 of them??? 2 BAD!
Query:
If you (or someone you watch/listen to) had a NON-TTRPG/Actual Play podcast, YouTube channel, etc.
AND
Played a tabletop roleplaying game on that feed/channel/etc
BEFORE 12/31/2018
could you let me know?
(I have some examples but trying to see if I missed anything)

Happy Neil Banging Out The Tunes Day!

The text at the top of the image reads: "An In Person Panel" The author pictures for Amy Coombe, Chiara Bullen and Lucy jane Wood are aligned, with their book covers in front of them. The caption below this reads: "Books and Bakes with Amy Coombe. Chiara Bullen and Lucy jane Wood, Sunday 7th June, 11:45am BST." The blue and white Cymera Festival logo is on the bottom right.
I'm speaking at Cymera Festival this year! Can't quite believe I'm part of this incredible line up!

A ginger and white cat on a white duvet. There is a plant and mirror behind her and the hint of a cat tower
This little madam had us all worried earlier last week as she fell ill, but thankfully has perked right up after some pricey vet trips ♥️
Just nabbed my ticket for this, can't wait! 🚀🌕
Thisss. We've just gone full circle with a shiny new term.
Thank you! I may take you up on that because *scream*!!
This is exactly how I feel rn 3 months from debut
If this is the future of going on submission, I only want to sell on proposal 💀
If you missed it earlier, here's the cover reveal from The Shape of Monsters, Tor UK.
The gothic vibes are perfect I love it all.
"criticizing AI use in journalism or other creative industries is classist" NO IT IS NOT
there is a class that benefits enormously from cognitive surrender, epistemic warfare, and the enclosure of all hitherto produced culture and it is NOT THE WORKING CLASS
I've fallen for about three April Fool's headlines today. I have a PhD????? apparently???

Oh thank you for sharing this rec — sounds fantastic!!!
A screenshot of George costanza and Jerry Seinfeld. The caption reads ‘I’m Perishing baby!’ In place of George’s ‘I’m Back Baby!’
Also in the interest of transparency I feel like I should make this clear:
An image of the two versions of The Inn at the Foot of Mount Vengeance, one is the UK cover and the other is the US cover. The text reads "Publishing 7th July 2026", and the books sit on top of an image of the mountain, Buachille Etive Mor, with the white Lagangarbh Hut in front of it.
The Inn at the Foot of Mount Vengeance is a tale of conquering mountains, research funding applications, and your own demons. Pre-order wherever you get your books if this sounds up your street! ♥️

Barbecues and fires are set to be banned this week in the Cairngorms under a new bylaw which comes into force this week
I saw a question on Discord about non-Actual Play TTRPG podcasts, and my response got a little out of hand so I’ve posted it. (As always, free to read)
I’m hoping that folks will see this list & recommend podcasts I might not already know.
I am so unbelievably excited for this!! ♥️🎉
