I was so confused as to how most people didn’t see Tory Lanez’s case as open and close. It was a pretty straightforward case. If anything the defense attorneys had the weakest arguments and evidence. The ability to make a counter argument doesn’t necessarily means it’s a good one

I blame crime and legal shows as to why people don’t know how real court plays out. It’s mostly one sided. Like just bc the defendant makes a counter argument doesn’t automatically means the prosecution evidence is weak. That is literally what defendants are supposed to do. They poke holes
