Labour certainly USED to have thousands of members "as left-wing as they come." And it was made very clear to them that there was no place for them in the Mandelson Project, and they left.
Dog orders inquiry into who got into the fridge and ate the good ham we were going to have for dinner.
Starmer says it "beggars belief" that he wasn't told about Mandelson vetting failure as he faces Commons
Well, yes. That's why I don't believe it

You take your triumphs where you can.
My wife (an Arsenal supporter) has just shouted "fuck off O'Reilly you prick," and she's NOT talking about me for once.
Very much open to correction but think I might've found Peig.

My wife was at this game, and she told me that Spurs gave every supporter at the game a flag to wave to inspire the team. Which is absolutely great, until you remember what waving a white flag symbolises...

It’s inaccurate to say Mario is brave and Luigi is cowardly
Luigi is afraid of death, so he runs away from danger. Mario is afraid of living, so he runs towards death. Both brothers are cowards in their own way
Guys, can I say something without everyone getting mad?
Presumably they fear that they'll "earn" the profits from the electricity generated in a low-tax jurisdiction. Which Macquarie are prone to do.
Someone called Gina Milan getting all het up about Pope Leo, saying: "I've been a Catholic for 35 years, and no one speaks for me. I stand with my brothers and sisters in Christ. I stand with President Trump. I stand with America. I do not stand with Pope Leo. He does not represent me, and he sure as hell does not represent the Catholic Church."
One of my favourite things over the last few days has been conservative US Catholics developing Protestantism from first principles.
Thr South Korean president criticized Israel, Israel got super mad about the mention of the Holocaust, and not the far worse reference. The president compared them to imperial Japan, which is like the worst thing a Korean can call anyone or anything www.theverge.com/policy/91358...
The first line of this video is:
"I'm suing my neighbors because they cut down twenty trees on my property..."
That sound you heard was very lawyer going "ohhhhhh shit...:
Here are questions I haven't seen any journalists ask yet:
1) Peter Mandelson was revealed to have been passing on state secrets in 2010. Jeffrey Epstein wasn't the only billionaire he was close with, and he was a member of the house of lords. How do you know this was the last time he did it?
One of the principal reasons for the surge in support for the Green Party is that many erstwhile Labour supporters don't see enough difference between Labour and Reform, with Labour courting the Reform vote while simultaneously purposely alienating them.
You know, like you are here.
Actually, I think people MIGHT avoid going over absolutely everything Mandelson had touched for the last 30 years. Never underestimate the UK government's unwillingness to pick at a scab.
This is an unbelievable mistake to have made. And when I say that, I literally mean I do not believe that this "mistake" happened.

Precisely this. Al Murray is a very different, and much more successful, comedian to the comedian that Al Murray thinks he is.
NYT headline: Vance Says the Pope Should Be More Careful When Talking About Theology The vice president, who is Catholic, took issue with Pope Leo XIV’s statement that disciples of Christ are “never on the side of those who once wielded the sword and today drop bombs.”
This is stunning.

I agree with Mr Vance. His Holiness should remember the famous line from the Sermon On The Mount: "Blessed Are The Bomb-Makers."
Not just a giant poster, a giant poster on the actual council offices. I understand times are tough for local authorities, but I'm massively uncomfortable with it.
I didn't mind when it was Harry Kane with his Nan-shoes, but should the council be promoting this?
I know this lady husband name not “dick tips”
He was telling me that he'd just been to the cash and carry to pick up 5,000 Buzzballs, having bought and sold 5,000 earlier in the week. And he explained it as:
"You know: for The Gays."
I live near the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, and I know the owner of a shop called "Ozdiller" on Tottenham High Road a bit because our sons play football together. Around about when Beyonce was playing her Cowboy Carter gigs in Tottenham last year, I was in there picking up some Kufla pastry, and
(In the 2017 general, I went to Colchester and Braintree in a minibus with other Haringey Labour Party members to support candidates there. At least 8 of the people on that bus are now members of the Green Party.)
There's a reasonable chance that the Green Party is larger in terms of membership than the Labour Party are just now. And a lot of the GP intake are experienced activists and campaigners. In the upcoming locals, and in a subsequent General, the GP will probably trounce Labour on the ground.
Is bombing a girls' school, killing over 150 children, good or bad? It's not for us to say.
