Anyway, 4 months to get toned. I don't expect to get ripped because that shit ain't healthy, but I can get my abs back easily and tone my arms.

Doctors said back in February they wanted me to get back into working out, but I was beating around the bush about it.

I told myself over the weekend that if he got me up, I'd toss him out of the bedroom so I could sleep. To absolutely no one's surprise he sat out there and meowed for an hour and a half straight. I'm on four hours of broken sleep and so fuckin' tired. This is a day I really wish I could have coffee.
