It’s the first time in the 5 years I’ve been on antidepressants that I’ve actually forgotten a dose, which all things considered, is pretty good!
I’ve been off my pillbox game because of the dog. Usually I prepare a new week before the old one is done.

I read the package insert and it said I shouldn’t take a forgotten dose, just take the next one. I took a 50mg pill tho because in case I actually did take my full dose this morning the max. total will be 200mg (I’ve been at that dose earlier) and min. 50mg instead of 0mg.

I’m 90% sure I didn’t take my morning meds today…
