There's a program called Stremio with a community add-on called Torrentio that scrapes the web for torrents of shows/movies, and makes it all easy to access.

Oh, one more thing I'd like to suggest is using LIV while streaming in VR. It has very low impact to performance and has a lot of features like a vr view stabilizer and built in chat and alerts in vr.

I also use the snoweymoon mod for dlss in game to try and alleviate the load on the gpu. I know mods can sometimes hamper performance as well, so sometimes disabling some might help. I currently only have the real world signs and companies mod.

I also almost exclusively play in VR. Some things I've done use the lowest in game resolution option, set scaling to 400% and cap the fps to half the desired limit and let asw take care of it. There's slight visual artifacts but you don't get that physics rubberbanding issue (at least not as much.)
