Yeah I'm not criticizing you, it's just a general observation I made
like damn guys how about some of that enthusiasm on the fully rendered pieces I spent hours on XD
I promise I'm joking, I'm an incredibly confident person normally XD I just find it funny that I never got nice comments on my art before, and the second I state some critism everyone is falling over themselves to tell me that my 5 minute practice sketches are actually high art,
But I like getting compliments?
I'm starting to feel like I should actually be harder on myself cause this seems to be the best way to get people to compliment my art XD But thank you!
I fucking wish there were live drawing classes in my area, this place is a wasteland XD But I guess as long as I have to keep going places without my drawing tablet I have to continue doing some actual sketchbook practice, so I certainly won't stop that any time soon
without sketches, so they are a great success on that front. I just feel like I still need a lot more practice to actually capture the subject, instead of making them look like a completely different person XD But that's what practice is for!
