just in case anyone else is looking to buy a bike for the summer and want to know the bare minimum info for not getting hosed on a used/cheap bike:

Ah, Mandalore Gaming did a review of this one! I still wonder if the guy on the box is a druid or not.
Design is based on Honedge and an old mall sword that I have, lol.
My only clue has been a wizard tower surrounded by a field of lavender and poppies. That's all.
Poor Ensis the Sentient Sword. I wrote a whole novella about them and was so unsatisfied that I put them back in the ideas doc. I don't know how to write thier story and it haunts me. I thought drawing them would help, but no.
No real conclusion here, just a meandering thought about my Dad I wanted to share.
The funny thing is, he wasn't a picky eater, except he hated hominy because it reminded him of pig slop he ate as a starving boy (one of 13 kids, family was too poor, his dad spent everything on booze - whole other post). The year before he died, he finally admitted that he hated black eyed peas.
As a kid, my Dad always bought Zero bars for me. I don't know what started it, but for some reason he would pick one up for me when he would get cigarettes. I HATED Zero Bars (I still do) but I never told him. I remember eating half and trying to find a hiding place for it.
I think I hit my limit, because the rush of rage was so strong. I had to tense everything to keep from slamming my phone.
I take back the update earlier saying that I'm better: I still feel sick to my stomach. I want to move around, but I feel like throwing up if I do. It's awful.
I am looking for environmental artists, particularly people with a strong background in concept work for interior locations
Atmospheric/ Liminal vibes appreciated

The Dorkspawn podcast logo, against a gradient bronze background, which features an illustrated sign in the style of the New Vegas strip, with lights around it, and the italicized fallout font for the name of the podcast, with the lightning bolt through the O. in the upper right corner is the many sided media logo.

Inspired by Slay the Dragon Chore Chart, I wanted something incremental and customizable.
Write in your chores, from easiest to hardest. Mark the boxes in order from leg to body to see how far you get! Reward yourself with something small, medium, or large!

Hi'a - I'm Jaws, a completely independent artist scraping to get by. If you enjoy character designs, story driven drawings and comics, it would mean a lot if you pledge to P.

I left not long after that.
I get that same feeling when I see writers using AI covers. Disgust and like a slap to the face.
Later, I saw one of the creators of the group posting artwork on her own author page w/o credit. I commented "Please credit the artist."
Her reply: "I know how this works."
The only reply was "Find an artist who is starting out or doesn't know thier worth. I got mine for $12." No example.
When I was active on Facebook, I was part of a writer's page. Posts were vetted and it was alright.
Then one day I log on and see someone ask something to the effect of "how much do I pay a cover artist?"
So, me & my wife got scammed out of letβs say DECENT amount of β¬ by our gym guy (who collected all the monthly memberships from his students & BAILED ON THEM BACK TO RUSSIA), so if anyone feels like following my patreon or buying something from me on itchβ¦

I'm struggling with phone addiction these days. I think I'm fighting off depression or something. I've lost interest in gaming, embroidery, school, drawing, and writing. I'm scheduling a few posts so I can ween myself off my phone. Thankfully, I have access to therapy, so I'll talk to her about it.
More than ever:
Be kind (but put up with no shit.)
Be peaceful (but defend against the violent)
Uplift and hold space for others (but do not give platforms to the intolerant)
Find balance between all (but never suffer those who would tip or destroy the scales)
Made a low poly model of my fursona! This is usually as far as I get because I really struggle with the texture and color part. #lowpoly #furryart
it's important to suck your own dick in public re: the quality of your own work occasionally. if you don't think your work is good why should anyone else.
Drawing of my mascot/fursona! Already had the sketch done, so it was a quick session.
The cool thing about working with an artist is we are fully capable of taking your stick figures and either a) working directly off of them to realize your idea or b) finding or creating our own photo refs if needed
At no point do we need or want AI involved!!
AAAHHH!!!
(Translation: I need more!)
Typing up my fanfic means I get to fill the little boxes! One box = 100 words. The colors don't mean anything right now, I needed to catch up to 5,800, so I picked colors randomly. I want to do a different color for each session after this.
I'm the only one in my house that has all their hearing, since I live with my grandmother and her mother. I also have SENSITIVE HEARING, so I hear just about everything. Its a struggle, for sure.
