No one should personally have to give up anything for healthcare. Most developed countries have healthcare paid by taxes. If funding for the military (which can't even pass an audit) gets redirected for healthcare, we could have healthcare! But capitalism and lobbyists won't let us

I drove myself to the ER after fracturing my elbow. After being there for a while I asked for a pain med as they gave me nothing, not even Tylenol. 3x I was aggressively told they would not let me leave if I got meds as I drove there. Told them 3x a friend was coming. Acted like I was drug seeking.
