As part of my reporting on children held in immigrant detention in Dilley, Texas, I’ve gotten to review some medical records from the facility.
This is where ICE brought 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos.
One detail that has gnawed at me: The medical forms refer to the children as inmates.

The extent to which this administration personally targets and continues the assault on people who embarrass and shame it is particularly despicable.

It's completely insane to me that it's even up for debate among senators that Kristi Noem should resign. Every lawmaker and newspaper editorial board in the country should be calling for her resignation. She has entirely failed in this role. She is incompetent. She is a disaster.
For every act of violence against observers captured on camera, there are a dozen Minnesotans doing the quiet quotidian work that keeps others safe. The occupying force can’t comprehend that. That is why they will lose.

I am doing my best to respond to this without a string of expletives. But let's be very clear. What just happened in Minnesota was cold blooded murder of a civilian by out of control federal agents, aided and abetted by the entire Trump administration and their fascist enablers.

Speaking ill of the dead is controversial, particularly when it was a violent death. It’s edgy; it’s sensitive; best avoided in most cases, etc.
Baselessly making another person’s murder *about yourself,* and then approving of it, is a different thing. That is delusional, narcissistic, sociopathic.
