Is it being shown anywhere now the BBC isn't showing it? It's pretty frustrating....

It makes me bulk that word - 'settler' it makes them sound like 19th Century American cowboys going off to find gold - seems to me these settlers are state sponsored squatters... I've just read Ballal has been set free. God knows what he and his family have been put through. Beyond description

That sounds familiar & there was another tradition my grandparents had that we try to continue - daffodils on the table & open on Christmas day.

I tell you, I'm rather in love with his work too & my biggest inspiration (except he just writes the songs and not sing them!) The Wild Places - that's what entrapped me. That book came at a time of mourning and lifted me. It remains very very special to me. His voice is landscape

Oh yes. I will be searching it out. What an absolutely beautiful cover! And I know never judge a book by its cover...
Ive annoying sight issues. Reading is something I have always loved. To learn & grow to entertain etc etc blah blah blah. But I can't right now. So Im hoping theres an audio version?

It's the third time I have seen this book in as many days. It sounds utterly relevant for this crazy & bizarre frightening 8 seconds to doomsday world we find ourselves living in....

It feels utterly crazy, hard to believe it's happening, all unfolding like an imploding back to front coup d'etat...

Of course Rob, you realise don't you? Eventually we will all be squeezed out of most social media networks and ends up writing to everyone we feel a connection to!

Some really interesting books coming out this year it seems! Many coming from Robs!

@robgmacfarlane.bsky.social

Rob, I have 2 very quick questions - has Jackie M joined this blue sky club?

And erm, left field - do you know of anyone who I could read (listen to) or follow who understands the principles and complications of prime numbers? I seem to be seeing patterns everywhere!

There is nothing I can add! It is all just so utterly disgusting Rob.

It's all so utterly blatant

A few days back he was saying how Gaza has a "Great, great beach, great sand, beautiful sand, a great resort it would make..." So there is his plan with Israel - turn Gaza into a rich man's holiday resort.
