I love this game! Ghibli actually worked on all the animations for the cinematic scenes. Looks amazing on PS4 as well.
Happy I got it on Switch- but would be great if the two games ever got a S2 update though.
Really want some actual results this year from all the effort I've put in last few years. Not just in art but everything. I could really use a win, after a lifetime of constant obstacles.

Messed up my back quite a bit this past year with excessive computer usage (height doesn't help) so trying to be better at taking care of myself and strengthen the necessary muscles
Nothing quite like a new book either, I miss when more of my collection wasn't digital but no space lol

When you grow up poor, a lot of the time you tend have to learn, and earn things the hard way, with nothing being handed to you. Most down to earth people grew up in poverty.

That's honestly why I started intermittent fasting, was due to health issues, more of a side benefit that I feel more confident now! Back still has issues at times due to my height though

Heck some of my favorites growing up like Diablo 2 and dark alliance did as well (though with gear customization) I think we have too much customization much of the time these days tbh

I think part of me also needed time to really find my own voice more, and what I really wanted to do with my life and to focus on social media less for a time.

In fact, many artists that work with color and are great at it, do it directly and then check values later, it's not very often I see someone go from pure values like that to colors like this, definitely something worth being proud of 👍
Not many artists are actually that great from going from pure values to a great sense of color, incredible work here, and love the palette and your eye for color as well. It has good values, an interesting composition, and it's a beautiful illustration overall
IMO it's like dragon age fused with Kingdoms of Amalur combat. It's actually done really well and I had a lot of fun when I played it.

I might not be doing too well financially these days, but what I do have right now is time, and the ability to learn and progress, and practice each day, and will continue to do so.
I've also never taken an art class outside of self taught videos in my life so I had to learn analyze and critique my own work.
Thanks Ronin I think the problem is I get very little feedback and work on it alone so I always feel like I'm never getting anywhere
