Wacko James Carville, a so-called Democrat "strategist," wants the Democrats to make D.C. and Puerto Rico States and, most importantly, pack the Supreme Court, putting 13 Justices on the Court. ... They are already doing great with the Supreme Court, however. The Democrat Justices stick together like glue, totally loyal to the people and ideology that got them there. They are an immovable force, and there is nothing that can be done to change that. Frankly, I respect that, a lot! Certain Republican Appointees let the Democrats push them around, always wanting to be popular, politically correct, or even worse, wanting to show how "independent" they are, with very little loyalty to the man who appointed them or, more importantly, the ideology from which they came to be Nominated and Confirmed. Everyone knows that, as an example, Birthright Citizenship, which is Unconditional and Absent from any other developed or successful Country, is a disaster for the United States of America. No Country can be successful with such an anchor wrapped firmly around its neck but, based on the questioning by Republican Nominated Justices that I watched firsthand in the Court, we lose. As another example, if the Supreme Court put in one sentence stating that any money paid in Tariffs to the United States of America, to this point, does not have to be returned (to many people who hate our Country!), they would have saved American Taxpayers a minimum of $159
Billion Dollars. All they had to do was read the Dissent, written by Justice Kavanaugh, it was a close call, it wasn't a 9-0 decision - What a difference it would have made for our Country. I put certain people on the United States Supreme Court who totally misrepresented who they were, and the true ideology for which they stand! President DONALD J. TRUMP

How can the Democrats not like how the U.S. Supreme Court votes. The Democrat Justices stick together like glue, NEVER failing to wander from the warped and perverse policies, ideas, and cases put before them. They ALWAYS vote as a group, or BLOCK, even that new, Low IQ person, that somehow found her way to the bench (Sleepy Joe!). The Republican Justices don't stick together, they give the Democrats win after win, like a 159
Billion Dollar pile of cash on a completely ridiculous Tariff decision, and nasty, one sided questions on the country destroying subject of Birthright Citizenship, something which virtually NO OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD IS STUPID ENOUGH TO ALLOW. It was meant for the babies of slaves, not for the babies of Chinese Billionaires. No, certain "Republican" Justices have just gone weak, stupid, and bad, completely violating what they "supposedly" stood for. Handing over 159 Billion Dollars in Tariff refunds to people who have been Ripping Off our Country for years, is unexplainable. One little sentence would have stoped this record setting payment from having to be made. It is a travesty! Their Tariff decision was an unnecessary and expensive slap in the face to the U.S.A., and a giant victory for its opponents. If they rule against our Country on Birthright Citizenship, which they probably will, it will be even worse, if that's possible. It will cost America massive amounts of money but, more importantly, it will cost America its DIGNITY! No, the Radical Left Democrats don't need to "Pack the Court," it's already Packed! A RIGGED ELECTION TOOK PLACE LAST NIGHT IN THE GREAT COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA! All day long Republicans were winning, the Spirit was unbelievable, until the very end when, of course, there was a massive "Mail In Ballot Drop!" Where have I heard that before — And the Democrats eked out another Crooked Victory! Six to five goes to ten to one, and yet the Presidential Election in November was very close to a 50-50 split.
In addition to everything else, the language on the Referendum was purposefully unintelligible and deceptive. As everyone knows, I am an extraordinarily brilliant person, and even I had no idea what the hell they were talking about in the Referendum, and neither do they! Let's see if the Courts will fix this travesty of

Oh, they do keep getting shorter.

But, stepping back, it is astounding to think about the fact that Johnson, Thune, Thomas, and Alito, as well as often Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett, just go along with this man.

Historically embarrassing and presently horrifying.

Neither the Constitution nor any federal statute expressly
preempts Hencely’s suit. The Supremacy Clause requires state law to
yield only when it conflicts with rights or restrictions that stem from
the Constitution or a valid federal statute or treaty. Kansas v. Garcia,
589 U. S. 191, 202. Here, no constitutional provision or federal statute
expressly preempts Hencely’s suit. And the Court has already held
that the FTCA’s combatant-activities exception does not itself apply to
suits against federal contractors.

The Supreme Court's second and FINAL decision is Hencely v. Fluor. By a 6–3 vote, with Thomas writing, the court holds that a service member's lawsuit against a military contractor is NOT preempted by federal law and can move forward. This is a great outcome!

HOW 3 TRUMP-APPOINTED JUDGES HAVE STOPPED JUDGE BOASBERG FROM PROBING POSSIBLE CRIMINAL CONTEMPT FOR 363 DAYS

Apr 16 Judge Boasberg finds probable cause to believe criminal contempt was committed, but gives govt a chance to “purge” the contempt
Apr 17 Govt petitions for stay and mandamus (a type of emergency appeal)
Apr 18 Trump-appointed Judges Katsas & Rao impose an “administrative” stay. Judge Pillard dissents. Such stays, which provide no reasoning & are unappealable, are only supposed to last a week or so, if that. But this one lasts 112 days.

Aug 8 Katsas & Rao each grant mandamus, though neither joins the other’s theory. Pillard dissents.
Aug 29 Same panel stays its own ruling and reinstates the administrative stay pending resolution of petition for rehearing en banc.
