Been a while since I posted here, but starting the new year with the news that I’ve joined Neuralift to help grow their market presence!
Great team and product, applying AI and neural networking to customer segmentation.
Excited for what’s ahead!

*TRUMP: I'M NOT EVEN LOOKING AT THE STOCK MARKET
Great stuff from Doug Shapiro on how the consumer definition of quality is completely changing, as relates to content. This is a cross-media phenomenon #NVF2025
Really enjoying this TV satisfaction research from GWI, Freewheel and NBCU at #NVF2025
Gonna go out on a limb here and predict it is not going down 🙄
Free of charge #starlink is a bit of a game changer on @qatarwings.bsky.social compared to other airlines. Impressed!

Remarkable
It looks like we’re seeing a long overdue rebalancing of the US stock market. Money shifting out of the whales, who are overweight, and into small and mid cap companies. Surely has to be a good thing in the long run.
Beginning to think Apple Music’s Hi-Res Lossless offering is bogus, having just started a trial on Qobuz.
No more albums randomly flipping between different quality from track to track! 🎧
Shout out to the prop designers who clearly knew what they had done!

Absolutely!
It’s pretty mad how much Petey one person can listen to in a week when you have his live show coming up in ~4 weeks.

As the dust settles on the Liverpool v Man Utd game yesterday, I’m coming to the conclusion that Utd’s performance could go down in history as one of their most pivotal. In theory they now bounce back, and push for an upper mid table finish instead of falling into the relegation battle. Let’s see!
the first properly good liverpool-man utd game in what feels like about 20 years
The most interesting areas of content discovery in the context of AI is search; now driven by way more inputs. We’ve had ML content feeds for a while, pushing content we’d otherwise not have discovered. Intent-driven content fuelled by kw’s, voice, & vision context is taking it to new levels.
Me to my kids: “Christmas is about more than just presents, actually… It’s about supermarket Easter Egg drops. Now eat your galaxy caramels and have a think about those less fortunate at Christmas who don’t have any giant chocolate eggs under the tree this year.”
You misspelled “shit”, sir.
Or not 🤦♂️
Smith has been absolutely incredible this first half against Woking. He could easily have had 2 goals. Very good performance from Maidenhead on the whole, save for the lapse in concentration early on.
3 pts are there for the taking if we carry on like this! ⚫️⚪️🔴
Seeing out 2024 listening to what is probably my favourite album of all time - American Football, LP1 (aka American Football). Also looking at potential flights to Boston 🫣 😊
This. So annoying.

Really feels like the UK govt are lining up a stagflation loop with the impending budget. They’ve overestimated resilience of employment market. Many retailers will swing back to an immediate loss w/ NIC changes. Knock on effect into services inevitable. Sigh.

Lovely night of carol singing on the village green. Mulled wine, mince pies, and a questionable rendition of “ding-dong merrily on high” have ramped up my festivity!
Automation doesn’t do holidays!
Nothing quite says “Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year” like a LinkedIn InMail from someone trying to sell you something 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏽☃️
Right I have pulled the plug on X.
Musk backing Farage the final straw, firmly cementing that platform as the internet's number 1 murky cesspit.
Shame really as OG Twitter was brilliant, and this feels like a sad way for things to end.
64% off? That would make them shorts, no?
