Played a bit of Devil Spire Falls recently and I'm very enchanted by the feel the game has. I was never super deep into morrowind and only played oblivion as a teen, but even scratching the surface of the systems is very entertaining.

I can't help but give Devil Spire Falls a glowing, hard recommendation no matter what.
I beat Ending F, woke up a year later after the ending, at 1 hp.
I dropped a few items in my inventory.
I stepped forward.
and I took collision physics damage by walking over the item bag, dying instantly.
