I just found out the profile pic someone sent with full permission to use is AI. I’ve been using for a year. Ugh. I painted the new profile pic myself in 2022. Still not done by a ‘real’ artist, but I like it. Here’s the full version.

The final book in my first series launched today! It’s been a long, grueling, yet fulfilling process. On to the next.

If there’s one piece of advice I’d give new indie authors it’s to choose your editor carefully. I wasted 3-5k on editors who either didn’t like my writing style but took the job anyways, or I didn’t click with before I found the right one.
