I did not clock that the fine was so low. That's crazy for the distress caused!
I may be committed to trad climbing now ๐ฑ
Poster for The Gallifrey Cabaret Big Birthday Bash, with the title glowing in light blue against a TARDIS door background. Two bunches of blue balloons pop out of the title, each one containing a silver balloon in the shape of a 5. Further text reads: Friday 26th June 2026 AD, tickets available now at www.gallifreycabaret.co.uk. Below this is the logo for The Clapham Grand. Glowing blue confetti falls across the backdrop.

Oh no, hope you're okay
Oh I do the same! I have so many empty boxes in drawers!
Oh that's some great progress!
Selfie smiling, the cliffs of Portland in the background.
A much much needed recharge day climbing in Portland!

Surely they've done appropriate adjustments? 250 doesn't sound that small when you think that a lot of vote intention polls are a few k people. I agree with the anecdotal evidence though, but then I think it may be just the London bubble. Still insane though!
Four years in London almost to the day. Definitely not where I was hoping I would be, last year has been a blur and moving backwards. Need to make an effort to get out there again. And yet, I can't imagine living somewhere else at the moment. Maybe it's the beautiful day.
A very rare run photo! 5 and a bit pace isn't too bad considering
Who else is joining @gallycab.bsky.social tonight?
Selfie in a park, new blond highlights.
The blonde is back for spring ๐ผ
It took a few hours for Starmer to crash the hope that they would see the big shift as an urge to return to their progressive principles and core voter. Apparently nothing changed. Hopefully the party will be less deaf.
Of course the problem is what if both happens and there's a vote split on the left. But a viable alternative narrative to the hate and destruction to society reform represent must emerge.
At this point in the election cycle this is a pretty great result. Now hopefully the Greens turn into a serious party that can convince the centre and Labour remembers that they have a conscience, the Left matters, and monkeying racists isn't a way to win an election.
Back on the wall for the first time after two months. Cons: I'm so weak! Pros: Oh it's so good to be back!
Vic line in 3 mins intervals and it's so packed!
One of the more disturbing things that has changed since Snowden's revelations is that back then collecting more data increased the size of the haystack without making it easier to look for needles. Now, processing power is catching up. Real-time mass surveillance (not just collection) is viable.
A windows logon screen with a photo of Thessaloniki, the white tower in the foreground, the seafront on the side.
So the Windows login screen today is a photo of my hometown ๐ณ
I usually avoid the gym on Saturday mornings and omg there are so many cute and hot men here today.
Sleep is so good isn't it? I feel you. I was on a short trip to the west coast while working last week and my sleep was soooo messed up. Finally some sleep and no stupid early wake up last night.
Happy birthday! ๐
A cheery start to a few geeky days. We need AI robots to replace younger generations caring for old people, replace labour and... because we can. ๐ฌ
A cup of coffee at an airport cafe
Airport โ instead of beer for a change. On the plus side I'll be on the air for most of VD. On the minus, it's going to be 8 hours longer. Enjoy it all you lucky couples!
Morning Andy!
Without naming your job, tell me something you say over and over again at work.
"This doesn't make sense"
I'm on the beer too! Enjoy!
Morning! I only wake up this early once or twice a year, and I once more confirm it is twice too many.
