Had my first appointment with my therapist today, and I already know that he is going to work well for me! He really met my energy, nade me feel comfortable immediately, and recognized my goals and how we can achieve them. I'm really excited to do the work and become the person I know I can be!

Something big happened yesterday!

I got an official diagnosis of ADHD!

This is something that's been known for a long time, but I'd never really been able to get the diagnosis to be medicated. I'm really excited to see where things go as I adjust to actually being treated!

I'm an apprentice optician heading into the busiest time of the year. I also have 2 short stories to take through full production by the end of the year, work on a Kindle Vella series I want to have going by the first of the February, and the looming work on my 4th book.
