Mind you, that’s handful of titles are some of the greatest games ever made. Mario 64, Ocarina and Majora’s Mask, Mario Kart 64, Mischief Makers, Banjo-Kazooie, Wave Race, and a few others I’m forgetting now. The PS1 had many, many more great games in comparison.

The N64 was the first console that I ever preordered and got at launch. Last year, I preordered the Analogue 3D FPGA clone console but cancelled the at the last minute when I realized that my love for the console really only spanned 10 or so games.

I feel like this is correct. I filed Aura Battler Dunbine in my As, Neon Genesis Evangelion in the Ns, The Vision of Escaflowne in the Vs. The one franchise that gets sticky is Macross. Because of all the sequels that drop the "Super Dimension Fortress" title, I file the original series w/them in M.

I think I have too much executive dysfunction to keep up with multiple social media platforms. I don’t know how people do it. I look at FB almost daily but forget Bluesky, Mastodon, Instagram, Tiktok, etc even exist.

I never got around to any Harry Potter media and now I’m glad. I’ve incidentally seen maybe a combined three minutes of footage from the movies over the years on TVs that were playing them. That’s it.
