“The return of ‘Uncharted’”… stopped reading after this….. and would be entirely happy if this was all they announced.

I’m a PlayStation fan… but what are the chances it is actually good? ;)

But it would have been great if he said it high pitched.

Are there britches?

10 months ago 0 0 1 0

I miss my SP nights, but PS has tripped up hard on all these live service failures. Ghost of Yotei is sooo close.

Where’s her britches?!?

Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey (2)? Peacock, I think.

LMFAO at RTO being industry specific. Like I haven’t been RTO’d. Dude… dead… 😅😂🤣💀👻

Ok, my guy.

Reply incendiary but claim I’m being incendiary.

Claim I’m not here for conversation but dismiss all the conversation.

Carry this on WAY longer than needed, then bow out after getting “last word”.

No mas. You win, I concede. You want to be angry over a take you disagree with… cool.

Incendiary? LMAO. You have been on Twitter too long, friend, if you think anything I wrote was incendiary. And that is the problem, disagreement means incendiary. Look at any of my replies to the people that have written back. But if it easier for you to think so, go ahead. “Miss me with that”… lol.

Correct. It’s called a conversation. I know we live in a “believe what I believe or you are a piece of s*** human being… but I try to have my opinion and to hear someone else’s. Especially someone who is living it more closely than I am.

I completely get that it isn’t ideal for others. Not being ideal =/= horrible awful company, IMO. And no, stay-at-home is not an something a person is entitled to.. It’s great if you can, but not evil if you can’t. Just my opinion, assuming it’s just a basic commute and health exemptions

Thank you for taking the time to talk to me and explain where you, and others, are probably coming from.

I’m not wanting to convince anyone they are wrong, just don’t fully see the anger over 3-days-on and you didn’t take that and get upset and attack. You simply explained your truth. 🙏

I’m not positive how we have definitely proven that across the board, it doesn’t improve productivity.

So your thought is, if I am tracking it right, are that companies are doing this purely to inflict pointless misery?

Is this what is being asked, or what we are assuming is being asked. To save either of us searching, I agree that ETO should have a radius limit, and health exemptions.

11 months ago 0 0 1 0

Don’t need to be entitled either. The balance is somewhere in between.

If there is a disability or health concern, or an obscene distance issue, then I fully understand. If EA is doing that, then I agree with the anger, but it is also different than any RTO of anyone I have known has been a part of. Sorry.

11 months ago 0 0 1 0

Agree with both of you. If it is mandatory that you RTO no matter health concerns or obscene location problems, then I change my opinions. Mine is 5 days a week but has a 50 mile radius limit and they absolutely cater to health concerns.

3 on, 2 off… that is a sweet spot for me. My entire team changed over during Covid and we all became so silo’d. Back in the office and we are working on projects together and you just get a lot more accomplished. At least IMO, and I assume EA’s as well.

100% an inconvenience. I get not liking it, I don’t get “Company bad!!!!”

11 months ago 0 0 0 0

Quick answer, yes.

11 months ago 0 0 1 0

But there is, to them, and they sign the checks. I totally understand it is an inconvenience, but 3 days a week isn’t bad. IMO, there is a much greater bond with co-workers I work with rather than work too. If there is no reason, why are they requiring it?

11 months ago 0 0 0 0

So they are forcing disabled people and people living in another state to RTO? Then that is far different than any ETO I have seen. Just for mine, 50 mile limit and even my own brother got a health exemption. But if EA is dropping the hammer, then I concede.

I don’t see a problem with this, but according to all the comments, 3 days a week in the office is a horrible evil 🤷🏻‍♂️
