Shipping to the hotel goes to the front desk and it's held there for you, it does not go to your room, they have a business office and shipping center there at the DoubleTree that you are able to pick up at on weekdays only.
No it's not, will take a whole nother day to finish the feet paws currently. Will be best to ship everything tomorrow (Wednesday) at this point cause we are not going to make it in time for the post office today. And would be delivered to your house on Friday or Saturday depending on your location.

Takes extra time but we want them to be bullet proof. Our most recent heads we have been working on for past few months. really trying our best to make sure everyone is happy with our creations. We are sorry for the long waits but we have completed 276 Kigus in 5 years.
With the recent mentions of quality going around here. We sew the majority of everything on our heads and liners in, so no foam is visible, and serger every seam in the body suits. We only line the top half of our hand paws so that dexterity is there and ease of putting on....
