To handle mating season for him. They suggested the fake eggs since he was probably frustrated that me, his mate, hadnt laid eggs yet! Which is hilarious😂 Luckily the eggs worked wonders and he has been happy as a clam ever since. Pigeons are so interesting!! I'm glad we got you into them!!

He still struts and coos when he wants my attention but he's MUCH less vocal right now, I worry he's bored just sitting on the eggs for hours on end, but he seems very content! He was very bitey and grouchy at first, and I had to reach out to where I adopted him for tips since I didn't know how-

I didn't expect him to be so sweet this season! I'm so used to parrots, they get so noisy and excited ahaha

He's been bringing me paper at my desk all day it's so sweet!!

The nest HAS to be on my desk if he's out of his cage, since I'm there working so often I think he believes it's an extension of his nest ahaha

It's Kuzco's first mating season as an adult, and he has been very demanding! I ended up getting him some faux eggs, and now he's the calmest I've ever seen him. He's constantly on the nest we made taking care of 2 little eggs😭🥹
